摘要：幼儿园教育是特殊的教育，幼儿教育内容是全面的、启蒙的。《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》提出了许多适应时代发展要求的新理念，其中强调要树立"大教育观和教育资源观、不断探究和实践幼儿园、家庭和社区一体化的幼儿教育"，如何充分利用家长资源，提高教育实效，这是很多教学工作者在研究的话题。家园合作，将带有强制性、必须遵循的规则内化为自主、自觉、习惯的良好行为，为幼儿健康成长创造良好的学习生活环境，为幼儿顺利度过关键期以及融入社会打下坚实的基础。家庭教育的合理与积极、主动的反馈态度是教育体系的重要组成部分。然而在家园合作的实践工作中家长处于非常被动的状态，家长资源利用率不高。因此，研究家园合作中家庭主体性发挥问题及策略，是客观现实的需要，本文通过研究家园合作中家庭主体性发挥中存在的问题、原因并结合理论与现实提出解决策略。

　　家园合作中家庭主体性发挥存在的问题及策略研究

　　前言：随着全国教育工作会议的召开，《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的颁布，国家对学前教育的工作重视达到了前所未有的程度。"家园合作"不再是新话题，一直以来，我国非常重视家长与家庭工作，但这种家园合作或多或少会带有"幼儿园中心";的倾向，幼儿园针对家长工作变成了教育家长，配合变成支配。家庭教育的主体性并未在家园合作中得到体现。一些来自家庭方面的信息没有得到足够的重视。幼儿园和家庭在教育价值和行为、观念、方法、态度、意识、教育要求等方面还存在矛盾与冲突，需要得到协调，家园合作本身就是一个值得协商和协调的过程，家庭主体性的发挥是家园合作所必须的。我们应该看到合作的意义，证实合作的可能，在平等、互助的原则下真诚交流与合作，共同促进幼儿健康和谐全面的成长与发展。
